The Laser Hemorrhoidoplasty (LHP®) method with new generation lasers with a flexible optical fiber and a wavelength of 1470nm is the most modern minimally invasive technique for the treatment of hemorrhoids. The method has been described in detail in the chapter on Hemorrhoids. Due to its non-traumatic nature, it is the most painless and allows us to avoid general anesthesia.
The method Laser Laser Hemorrhoidoplasty (LHP®) (LHP) can therefore be done with local anesthesia and light intoxication thus enabling the patient to be discharged within 2-3 hours. Anal fissures and cervical fistulas are also treated in the same way (laser). If hemorrhoids coexist with other diseases of the anus, it is possible in several cases to correct them simultaneously in one operation.
