Laser Hemorrhoidoplasty (LHP®) combined with LHP®-RAR prolapse plastic surgery for 3rd And 4th Degree hemorrhoids
When prolapsed hemorrhoids coexist, the problem is not only found in bleeding, but is also aesthetic and functional. And when the prolapse is large, as in the 3rd And 4th Degree, the simple Laser Hemorrhoidoplasty (LHP®) with a laser does not have satisfactory results.
Many surgeons question the effectiveness of the laser and use in advanced stage 4 cases older techniques such as Miligan Morgan where removal (cutting) of the hemorrhoids was done resulting in increased pain and more complications.
But the myth that the laser cannot fix difficult cases of hemorrhoids is dispelled as you will see in the following video thanks to our many years of experience and the use of new techniques in the treatment of hemorrhoids.
In these cases, the laser is combined with normal plastic (lifting) of the intestinal mucosa with absorbable sutures (which are placed internally in the intestine and fall off within 30 days). The method is called LHP®-RAR and is a technique that we developed in our clinic.
This method has all the advantages of the laser which is a minimally invasive method and is applied even to 4th Degree hemorrhoids.
In the next one video we see one of the most difficult cases of grade 4 hemorrhoids in a patient on anticoagulants with significant prolapse and bleeding. The results are excellent with no incisions and no post-operative pain.
