Video pilonidal sinus / Cyst with laser new FiLaC® method
A new treatment is FiLaC® which is done using a laser probe which cauterizes the cyst cavity and fistulas. It is a new method with very good results in selected cases.
The stages of the operation are as follows:
- Cleansing and removal of skin fistulas
- Cleaning the cavity of the pilonidal sinus
- Laser cauterization of fistulas and cysts.
