Orthocystic Fistula

It is an abnormal communication (hole) between the rectum and the bladder. It causes faeces or gas to leak into the bladder, which can lead to urinary tract infections, dysuria, and the presence of impurities and air in the urine, but also reverse the expulsion of urine from the anus.
