J-Pouch procedure for patients with ulcerative colitis or familial polyposis to avoid a permanent stoma (stoma).
Replacement of the large intestine with a small intestine to avoid a permanent unnatural seat (stoma) in patients with familiar polyposis or ulcerative colitis . This case had familial polyposis (afap) and a 9cm transversal tumor, and the polyps reach the anus, so the entire rectum and the rectal mucosa were removed and the small intestine was joined with sutures on the ring by hand.
Repair of ileus in a patient with pouch fistulas due to rupture of the ileus (pouch), who had remained with the ileostomy for four years.
